Our founders come from leadership positions at Havas, Interpublic, Omnicom, and WPP. Partnering with Glue gives clients access to this wealth of experience and insight, delivered through a refreshingly hands-on, streamlined business model. That's just one of the ways Glue offers you big-agency thinking, without the big agency.
Alan honed his craft as a copywriter and creative director at boutique and big-conglomerate agencies, including WPP, where he and Cindy began collaborating almost 30 years ago.
At Glue, Alan has overseen a rapidly growing creative department with expertise in the consumer products, life sciences and financial services industries. His knack for developing meaningful concepts that change behavior has become the hallmark of the business-building advertising and public relations campaigns and tactics for which Glue is known.
RECOGNITION: Manny, London and Rx Club Alan graduated with two BAs (music and economics) from Brandeis University
Cindy started her marketing career at Revlon, Clorox, and Johnson & Johnson, where she gained experience in the consumer categories of packaged goods, food and beverage, and health and beauty aids.
Transitioning to the agency side, Cindy launched and led organizations for WPP, all the while thinking about how she could help clients meet their communication needs in a more streamlined, hands-on way. And that was the genesis of Glue. Along with Alan, Cindy continues to ensure that all Glue clients benefit from world-class strategy, insight-based creative, and breakthrough marketing ideas, the principles upon which Glue was founded in 2014.
